Welcome to Maimai Computer Rentals' blogspot. We offer free layouts for friendster profile, just our way of saying thank you for your continuous patronage.

Here are my layout collections. To edit is easy, just follow these simple steps:

1. You have to get the codes, do the following illustrations, click the pictures to enlarge:

a. click on preview.

b. when you are on page of the layout you previewed, click VIEW.

c. then select SOURCE.

d. a notepad containing the codes will pop up.

e. before you edit, you must save it in html format so you will have a copy of your layout on your pc. to do this click on FILE, then SAVE AS...just for the practical purpose of editing it later if you want to.

f. remember to put a ".html" extension on your file name otherwise it will be saved as text document only.

g. now, go to your my documents or to wherever destination you saved it and look for your filename that looks something like this.

h. then start editing it, right click on the document then click OPEN WITH then select NOTEPAD. a notepad will appear and you're ready to do your stuff.

2. You have to change all the user id with your friendster id. To view your friendster USERID, you have to log-in first in your other friendster account and view your main friendster account. So you could see this!

Or if you don't have another friendster account, In your HOME Friendster, go to View menu bar then View Page Source then that's it! Copy the numbers, they're showing your USERID.Then paste your userid as shown below.

note: always remember to use the CTRL + F to find whatever you're looking for so you wont skip anything.

3. Upload all your photos on http://www.photobucket.com or http://www.imageshack.us then copy the DIRECT LINK to your photo and paste it on the photo url. Like shown below. Remember that it must start with http:// otherwise it wont work.

4. After uploading your photo, upload your friends' photos. Choose your closest friends you want to appear on your profile. Follow the same instructions on uploading a photo. Be careful not to paste your friends' photos into your photos, see example below.

5. For the chat box, please do register and customize your own message board/chat box at http://www.cbox.ws.

6. You can also change the music playlist if you want to. You can get mp3 skins at http://www.nackvision.com or http://www.mp3profiles.com .For the songs you can get song URLs at http://www.destined.to/donzmp3 , but please remember that only .mp3 format is allowed.

7. If you want to add the guest/visitor's box, register at http://www.tag-board.com for free account and put your tagboard username on your code. Just the USERNAME, no need to get the generated code from tag-board.com

NOTE: FOR THE MEANTIME PLEASE DELETE THE TAGBOARD (LAST 20 VISITORS CODE) TO AVOID SEEING THE CONTROL PANEL LOGIN. THANK YOU FOR BEARING WITH US.

8. You will just change the yahoo messenger id into your id (without the "@yahoo.com"). You have to change it both, see example below.



9. Then save it as filename.html for you to view it, and see if there's something to be changed. If everything's in place click the VIEW tab then click SOURCE, copy the codes and paste it on marky's overlay generator at http://www.markyctrigger.com or http://freewebs.com/niepes to generate the code to put on your friendster's media box.

10. You're done. What are you waiting for...view your profile now.

note: For Users of these layouts, you can edit the content and add something on the layouts but please DONT REMOVE ANY CREDITS AND CREATOR'S MARK.
